Sphero S.T.E.M Workshop

This week we've been working with staff and students at Yates Public school, with their fleet of Spheros. The Edu version of Sphero offers a huge range of coding possibilities, with its stand alone app and swift playgrounds integration. Giving the students a real world activity and reason to code adds another element to their learning, and encourages higher engagement.

The students from Yates were lucky enough to have one Sphero between three students. This is a great way to problem solve, especially if there's an element of design competition thrown in. In this case designing a chariot to be powered by the sphero.
